365 Days with C H Spurgeon, Vol 6: A Further Collection of Daily Readings from Sermons Preached by Charles Haddon Spurgeon from His Metropolitan Tabernacle
A book of 365 more daily readings taken from Charles Haddon Spurgeon's sermons from the Metropolitan Tabernacle. These date from the final years of his London ministry and cover a wide range of subjects. Many of the extracts are accompanied by a verse carefully selected from one of the hymns sung on the occasion.
"To the one God of heaven and earth, in the Trinity of his sacred persons, be all honour and glory, world without end, amen. To the glorious Father, as the covenant God of Israel; to the gracious Son, the redeemer of his people; to the Holy Ghost, the author of sanctification, be everlasting praise for that gospel of the free grace of God herein proclaimed unto men." Spurgeon's dedication of his volumes of sermons is a fitting note on which to commence this final volume of 365 daily readings extracted from Spurgeon's mature ministry.
